FEES AND ADMISSION
Classes such as English as a Second Language, Adult Basic Education and High School Diploma are free, funded by the State from student attendance. All teachers are credentialed or experts in their fields.
Class fees vary according to length and/or type of class. Books are provided for students in Adult Basic Education, High School Diploma, and English as a Second Language. Some classes require the purchase of books or materials. Sorry, we cannot purchase used books. Classes are primarily for adults 18 years or older. You do not have to live in San Leandro to attend.
REFUNDS
No refunds unless a class is cancelled. No transfer of fees. No exceptions to this policy.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
FOR ALL LIFE LONG LEARNERS
“50 Plus”
All returning and new students must register and pay an annual administration fee for each class. The fee is for the entire school year from July 2008– June 2009. The fee is the same no matter when registration occurs during the school year. No refunds, transfers or discounts.
Registration information:
1. You may register by mail upon receipt of brochure.
2. You may register online at www.sanleandroadultschool.org for a small fee.
3. You may register in person at the Ed Center 1448 Williams Street from 10:30am-8:30pm or at 2255 Bancroft Ave. from 9am to NOON.
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer to download and read the class registration form.
